蔡健雅備戰巡演 編髮時間小睡 Aug 7th 2013, 19:45 圖／本報資料照片 蔡健雅本周六將在上海大舞台，舉行「美麗突然發生」巡迴首場演唱會，昨天還在反覆試裝，累得她利用趴著編髮的一點點時間打瞌睡。 蔡健雅今天前往上海，昨天下午和晚上還要第4、第5次定裝，衣服一改再改，髮型也一變再變，尤其這次髮型的文章多，編髮後要能放飾品、又要在一分鐘至兩分半鐘的換裝時間內拆下換髮型。
